I was in new contract and this was unacceptable hence sending it back

@virginmedia And then I get through for a phone call and then disconnected again. I'm boxing your equipment up and all will be returned even though I'm two months into new contract. Had nothing but trouble with it for this duration

@virginmedia fuck your service and your contract. Four times I've been disconnected whilst on the phone. That's almost 2 hours of my life gone. You can have this equipment back. Only had a tv fault now I've got a broadband fault. So no tv and no broadband
