@Virgin your bereavement service is non existent and APPALLING. I got shoved from pillar to post today, cut off, transfered to non existent numbers and given false information. Still not spoken to a competent human being despite calling 4 times! I do not need this. Disgraceful.
@bt_uk 6 weeks of wasted time waiting for calls that never happen, outreach who didn't turn up, emails never answered and your actual complaint page never dealt with.
@bt_uk recorded message says "excellent customer service" -they've THE worst customer service. 6 weeks, no calls from managers despite texts saying they were calling, & even worse talking to myself on my complaint page on THEIR site. Get your broadband somewhere else is my advice
@bt_uk and the complaint. Managers never call, even though I get a text from BT to say they will, I cannot talk to anyone bar the staff who answer the call, they apparently do not have the authority to put me through to anyone else.
@bt_uk I have probably just had the rudest customer service member of staff talk to me yet! I have an outstanding complaint since March 2nd that no-one is doing anything about, and every time I call no-one can get a senior member of staff to call me regarding the service
@GoogleSupports2 are diabolical. I do not recommended anyone choose a Pixel phone. They skirt around everything when they bother to reply, which is mostly never. Utterly disgraceful. I'll be going back to @MotorolaBR next time. Their customer service is exemplary.
