Why do physios still feel the need to introduce themselves to others by their pay band?

I’m 10 mins into a meeting at another trust and 3 have told me they’re 8a’s

I couldn’t give a flying fuck if they’re 5, 6, 7 or 23g’s

Physios = insecure gold plated knobheads!
