@AmericanAir is still not capable to provide the refund of my luggage even after more than 2 weeks of cancellation. It’s a one of the worst refund process of aviation industry.
It doesn’t have transparent refund policy. Customer care is asking to fill forms again and again.

@AmericanAir CustCare said that she couldn’t help as Claim team is separate. CustCare shared a link & asked me fill up the form, the concern team will reply in next 24HRs.
The worst part is that I want to utilize TravelCredit for my next flight and I don’t have 14hra to wait. 2/2

@AmericanAir service is the worst of any airline worldwide. I canceled my tkt on 03/12, & cust care confirmed the travel credit for luggage would arrive after 7 days. I checked in yesterday, and they confirmed for today. Today, cust care said there’s no request for a refund. 1/2

@_cleartax charged a huge amount but assign the CA without experience of NRI filing. I have requested to change but they didn’t. Now I am struggling to file revised ITR.

I have availed service of 17K from @_cleartax. The assigned CA was not aware about NRI filing but anyhow filed. I got notice to refile ITR2 & have been chasing @_cleartax since 16th December but they are giving time only but not filing revised ITR.
