@xSkj_ @tahukann After a few months went up to 4 mg e 25 bica, few more months 6 mg e and 25 bica and now I take 8 mg e and 25 bica you can do more but see how your body reacts to bica and work your way up on your E dose to 8 over months and months start with 2 or 4 mg e at first <3
