In the first three months of 2019:

We have successfully recruited 45 newly qualified drivers for a leading National Brand into 3 major logistics areas.

We promised to start sharing these successes, today we have the first one to share, a lovely gentleman called Panagiotis.

There has been a recent shift with more companies now considering newly qualified drivers.
Working with a number of our clients we have seen some excellent examples of inductions that involve additional training (where needed), to start them off gradually into the job. 👍
