Things people don’t say out loud when debt affects their mental health.
Mental health struggles can build quietly.
Sometimes it looks like:
📞avoiding phone calls
📩unopened letters
💭constant stress
😞pretending everything is okay

💛 To conclude our #AccessToJustice focus⚖️:
Alana was at risk of losing her home due to mortgage arrears after losing her job.
Without support, she would have faced court alone.
With support, she stayed in her home.
That’s what access to justice looks like.
#JusticeForAll
Happy Easter from all of us! 🌼🐣
Our office will be closed for the bank holiday weekend (Fri 3rd & Mon 6th April), but we’ll be back to support you from 9am on Tuesday 7th April.

For many, justice isn’t just complex, it’s out of reach ⚖️
Many of the people we support are facing eviction, debt, or disputes on the lowest possible incomes.
That’s why accessible advice and representation services matter 🤝#AccessToJustice#JusticeForAll
We’re incredibly grateful for this powerful support for our In-Court Service from Sheriff Ross Macfarlane KC.
We’re helping people navigate the legal system every day, because #AccessToJustice should be for everyone, not just those who can afford it
