My Disappointing Experience with Haier AC Installation Service
I purchased a Haier AC (Model: 19HFABT3) from Al-Fateh Electronics on Saturday, 23 May 2026, around 5:30 PM. Haier advertises free installation service with the AC, but unfortunately, this has been worst experience
The most concerning part is that Haier states the **warranty is only valid if the AC is installed by Haier’s official team**. After this experience, how am I supposed to trust that my installation or warranty claim would be handled properly? @HaierPakistan
After all this, Haier shared the contact number of a nearby CSO for installation — and that number is not responding either.
Haier claims to provide **24-hour service**, but my experience has been the complete opposite.

What I do not understand is this: **Haier sends a verification code that is supposed to be provided to the engineer after installation. I received this code twice, but no one ever asked for it or entered it. So how was the task marked as completed?** @HaierPakistan
At around 11:40 PM, I checked the complaint status and saw that it was again marked as **completed**. When I called the service center, they repeated that the technician had completed the task. @HaierPakistan
I asked them to recreate the request again. They assured me my issue would be resolved ASAP and also registered a complaint, providing me with a complaint number for tracking.
But the situation got even worse. @HaierPakistan
I requested a new installation ticket. Later, around 2 PM, I followed up again and found out that the new request had been rejected by the technician due to an “invalid address” — once again, without any call, visit, or communication from Haier’s side. @HaierPakistan
On Monday, I contacted them again, only to be told that my installation request had already been marked as **completed by the technician** — claiming that I had installed the AC myself! This was shocking because **no one had even contacted me* @HaierPakistan
On Sunday morning, I called again and was informed that installation services were off for the day and that my issue would be resolved on Monday. @HaierPakistan
On Saturday, I called Haier’s helpline to request installation. They created a service ticket and sent me a verification code that I was supposed to provide to the engineer after installation. However, I received no call or update from anyone that day.
