@British_Airways I have been waiting 9 weeks with no communication at all about a flight that was cancelled in July. My case now says it's been closed online and I don't know what the result of it was. How can I get help with this?
@British_Airways I've applied for the compensation I'm owed by law twice now, first time was 4 weeks ago and I did not have any response. It's your legal right to provide me compensation within two weeks. Please can you look into this as an urgent matter.
