So @RibbleCycles, 7 months wait for my ebike with another new dispatch date given, very excited. The day before this date yet another month added on as it’s still being built??? How does this work..
So @CheaperWaste when you tell us @Biffa have collected our food waste but we still have it on site where do we go from here. I don’t have 3 days response time to wait for collection. Utterly appalling service once again.
@CheaperWaste You have already done this when I last tweeted but no response from them. Maybe someone can take responsibility for our contract and call us to get resolved.

@CheaperWaste. Why can’t you get our service right. Overcharged, collections missed, cant get through to customer services without costing a fortune due to length of time on phone, no call back when do get through, still waiting for food waste collection. Utterly appalling.
