@upheavalproject @livingamidst I agree! I think you are more likely to stay on track if you weigh in daily. But at the same time you have to understand your weight will fluctuate. So especially being a woman dealing with your cycle, you can't get over discouraged if you go up a pound or two. It'll balance out!
