Fair play to the @METROBUS driver (driving a big 410 bus) who was the only one who went to a woman slumped unconcious by Redhill McDonalds about half 7 this evening.

He put his coat on her, phoned an ambulance & stayed until it arrived. Need more people like that in the world 👍🏻

Considerations

- Is there contact? NO
- Is the defender reckless (foul threshold), forcing the attacker to avoid the challenge unreasonably? NO

NO penalty.

Has the player sought to deceive the officials to win a penalty? YES. Correct decision!

I think @htafc are VERY unlucky here.

Jon Moss clearly cannot see clearly with the players blocking his line of sight.

Lowe makes significant contact with player and no ball. Certainly enough to bring the player down - PENALTY.

VAR fail for me.

LAW 11: A player is OFFSIDE when:
"gaining an advantage by playing the ball or interfering with an opponent when it has:
rebounded or been deflected off... an opponent"

Does Konate PLAY the ball or deflect it? For me 'plays' = ONSIDE & GOAL
