#Swiggy again doing the same thing. Calling the delivery guy who is not picking up the call, not moving at all, and the chat support is the worst.

@SwiggyCares UPDATE - The delivery agent's bike got broke mid-way and he asked another delivery agent to deliver the food. The 2nd delivery agent picked up the call first time, then he switched off his cell.

Nowadays, whenever I order from @MyNykaa I have to contact the customer support team for several reasons. #nykaa service has been so bad for the past couple of months.
