How to ROW for a Stronger BENCH PRESS🗣️👇
At the top of these rows, I’m intentionally keeping the chest up and maintaining sternum/upper back position because it closely mimics the posture I’m trying to hold at the bottom of a heavy bench press.
A lot of lifters mindlessly move weight on accessories without thinking about how the movement actually carries over.
Your accessories should always reinforce the positions you’re trying to maintain in your main lifts.
