Welcome to HOPE-L Foundation, where every life matters and Value for Humanity is our heartbeat.
Every story of change begins with a spark of hope and for us at HOPE-L Foundation, that spark was the simple desire to ease someone’s pain and give meaning to their tomorrow.
This milestone follows an advocacy visit by Hope for the Living Joy Steve Foundation and Better Life Restoration Initiative- BERI under the ASPIRE Project, implemented by Plan International Nigeria with support from Global Affairs Canada.

The Permanent Secretary of the Bauchi State Ministry of Education has expressed the Ministry’s support for the scale-up of the Health Club Manual to more schools across the state.
Today, alongside Better Life Restoration Initiative (BERI), we paid an advocacy visit to Bauchi SUBEB under the ASPIRE Project implemented by Plan International Nigeria with support from Global Affairs Canada.
We focused on discussions around the scale-up of the Health Club Manual across more schools in Bauchi State. Now adopted in about 85 schools, the Model continues to serve as an important platform for promoting adolescent health, hygiene, life skills, and safer learning space

Sometimes, the hardest thing is not making a decision. It's admitting that a decision needs to change.
Changing your mind isn't always a sign of inconsistency. Sometimes, it's a sign of growth.
This week, give yourself permission to evolve.

Democracy is more than a system of government. It is a promise that every voice matters, every right must be protected, and every child, girl, young person, woman, and community should have the opportunity to live with dignity, safety, and hope.
As Nigeria marks Democracy Day, we are reminded that democracy is strongest when it delivers inclusion, justice, accountability, protection, and meaningful participation for all, especially those whose voices are too often left at the margins.
For children and young people, democracy must be reflected in safe schools, safe spaces, access to quality education, protection from violence, equal opportunities, and the freedom to participate in decisions that shape their lives and future. It must also be reflected in safe and supportive environments for teachers and the communities, who play a critical role in helping children learn, grow, and thrive.
At Plan International Nigeria, we remain committed to working with government, communities, partners, and young people to advance children’s rights and equality for girls, while supporting systems that are inclusive, responsive, protective, and accountable.
Today, we call for renewed commitment to protect civic space, listen to children and young people, strengthen institutions, safeguard learning environments, and ensure that democracy is not only celebrated, but experienced in the everyday lives of all Nigerians.
Happy Democracy Day Nigeria!

Democracy is not only about governance.
It is about people being heard, communities being supported, and children being given the opportunity to dream again.
At HopeL Foundation, we see democracy in action every day through the lives we touch and the communities we serve.
We believe that sustainable impact is built through partnership, collaboration, and coordinated action. Together, we can create safer, healthier, and more supportive environments for adolescents to thrive.

Today, we held a stakeholders’ planning meeting on the adoption and scale-up of the Revised Health Club Manual under the ASPIRE Project implemented by Plan International Nigeria with support from @GAC_Corporate
Through conversations, shared insights, and collective commitment, we identified advocacy priorities, explored opportunities for implementation, and developed practical next steps toward improving adolescent wellbeing.
The meeting brought together key stakeholders and partners to discuss collaborative strategies for strengthening adolescent health, school-based interventions, and sustainable health education across schools in Bauchi State.
Over the past few weeks, we've explored identity, self-perception, pressure, awareness, environment, and mental patterns. Each conversation pointed to the same truth: the way we think influences the way we live.
Think deeply. Live intentionally.

History was made today in Bauchi.
Congratulations to Eesha Learning Foundation, their partners, all participants, and the winners of the Bauchi Women SDG Innovation Hackathon 2026. Today proved that when women innovate, communities grow and the future becomes brighter.
This activity was carried out under the ASPIRE Project supported by Plan International and Global Affairs Canada, alongside stakeholders.
Together for a #PeriodFriendlyWorld. #MHDay2026
From Dass Park Junction to the Government House and back, we walked to raise awareness, break period stigma, and promote menstrual health and dignity for girls and women.
We participated in the ASPIRE Project learning and planning meeting organized by YAHIC in partnership with Plan International Nigeria, alongside other incredible organizations and stakeholders committed to community development and sustainable change.

Every positive change begins with a possibility.
The possibility of a child learning, a family thriving, a community growing stronger, or a dream slowly finding its way into reality.
Welcome, June.
Happy new month
