It's true.
I thought "trauma" was only for the people in the crime scene documentaries.
Except.... I wasn't on dateline and the word applies to me.
And maybe to you, too.
But I'm determined to heal.

Prioritizing protein is a big goal for me right now and tonight I found a keeper of a recipe with 75 grams per bowl.
Cut up a sweet potato into 1/2 inch cubes. Toss in olive oil and spices. Roast at 425 for 20 min.
Cook up a pound of ground beef with spices. Rinse a can of black beans and add to beef.
Compile bowl with beef and beans, sweet potato, sour cream or greek yogurt, some cheese, and of course hot sauce. Mix and enjoy.
