Canadians do not need H-1B to work in the US tech industry, a simple easy to obtain TN visa will do. And transitioning to US citizenship takes only 3 to 5 years. That's why India turned Canada into a staging area to get Canadian citizenship for millions of Indian nationals. Wow!
