I’ve launched my course out into the world… not to my followers. And to be honest, the weirdest part for me has been having to “sell” something that I genuinely believe could help people.

In my head, I just want to say:
It’s 40 minutes.
It’s £19.99.
It could genuinely change your life.
Just get on with it.

But human behaviour is strange. Sometimes people need persuading to help themselves, even when the thing in front of them could genuinely improve their life.

I’m not begging anyone to buy it. There’s real production, time and cost that’s gone into making this properly. But I made it affordable on purpose because I actually want normal people to access it.

That’s the irony of all this…
The hardest thing isn’t making something helpful.
It’s convincing people they’re worth helping.
