@a_the_linguist @3DPrintRockets @vmsovlmate Not a guillotine but a change of general philosophy is definitely welcomed, our country is run on ideology and populism rather then technical expertise since the 70s and in doing so we missed lots of growth opportunities and our purchasing power stagnated. @JustLycos We're loosing muscle mass and strengt due to lack of stimuli, but a protein rich diet is an excellent stopgap to that, even more effective when paired to some exercises :D

@JustLycos In a world turning more and more sedentary people are finding out that the old food piramyd wasn't made for today's necessities, the old human needed energy to run, hunt and stay warm, carbs used to be the fuel, we don't need as much today but we're neglecting muscle mass....

@JustLycos I know I'm nowhere near qualified enough to give mental advice, but to my experience what worked for me has been to find the root causes of my anxiety and becoming extremely reactionary towards them, anxiety became anger and I directed it towards my problems....
