TIA is run by Louise Boston-Mammah & Louisa Adjoa Parker. We aim to educate, empower & engage communities on issues around equality, diversity & inclusion.
TIA aims to educate, empower and engage communities in the South West (and beyond,) on issues around #inclusion, particularly relating to #ethnicity and #wellbeing, with an #intersectional approach. We work together to blend our expertise and share the emotional labour involved.

Offering emerging rural writers high quality opportunities to develop their craft, build confidence and become the authors they really want to be is absolutely core to everything Dialect does. That's why I've set up a new programme, GROW #mentoring for writers 🌱

Exactly a year ago with the help of 250 incredible volunteers we packed 10,000 backpacks for Ukrainian Children displaced & homeless because of the war.
The best of humanity was in that warehouse. It was exhausting, extraordinary, hopeful. It changed my life.
Happy Easter!
