Alimony or maintenance has to be for limited duration only.

For short marriages, monthly alimony or spousal support should be stopped after a duration that is half of the duration of marriage.

Child access to father must be default arrangement. Bank accounts of women who deny child access to father have to be frozen.

US imports about 88 billion dollars from India and it exports about 45 billion dollars. The deficit it about 43 billion.

It is dangerous, if for mere 43 billion, USA wants to create a crisis for 100 million farming population by pushing American farming companies into India.

India won't compromise and absorb tariffs because 88 billion is peanuts. Even many other countries may not absorb the tariffs. So, American consumers will eventually pay more. To make it worse, USA loses it's global image in a few months time and other countries may unite to form their own trading alliances to exclude USA.

USA is geographically isolated. With loss of trusting relationships, it can lose a lot more. The world economy may face a temporary setback. But it can create trouble for republicans in midterm elections itself.
