2. Keep ETH for the mint and $INSIDERS for the burn. Both leave your wallet in the same transaction.

3. Approve $INSIDERS so the contract can take them, they go to the burn address and do not come back.

10% of it is the protocol cut. Of what is left, 70% goes to the winning vault's depositors and 30% is split evenly across all 200 positions of that character.
