As part of our ongoing effort to map Kenya’s #OSINT resources, we’ve catalogued a website compiling publicly accessible #Ethiopian vehicle license plates.
The Ethio-OSINT community is in Limitless OSINT website with @OSINT_Community, @OsintSwiss, and @hacktoria. Building an OSINT community in #Ethiopia means creating a home for truth seekers, empowering citizens to verify, analyze, and tell their own stories using open data.
Especially in the central and southern sections, with parts appearing collapsed or destroyed. However, after years satellite images show that by 2025, the damage appears partially repaired or stabilized, but the site does not show signs of full operational recovery overgrowth.
"Checking Almeda textile's claim through #opensources"
A viral post from October 8, 2025, claimed to show a truck carrying Fano militant uniforms from Mekelle, allegedly linking Almeda Textile and the #TPLF to arming #Fano with uniforms.
The current stance of the Almeda which was blamed for producing uniforms during the #war in Tigray. #satellite imagery on August 31, 2023 shows clear signs of damage and inactivity. The large main factory building has dark burn or scorch marks on its roof.
