@RelaxoFootwear I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience.
I ordered Sparx SM620 Black/Red (Order #RELX226149) from the official Relaxo website. Instead of the product I ordered, I received Sparx SM641 Blue in a damaged box.

I request an urgent resolution and refund.

@relaxofootwear I raised a complaint and received Ticket No. 00068102. I also applied for a return mentioning that I received the wrong product.
However, the pickup verification failed because the pickup agent was expecting SM620 while Relaxo had actually delivered SM641.
