You’re correct. Having kids is a young person’s game. You’re dedicating your worst years, energy-wise, to raising young children. Started at 35, wish I started in my 20s.
As a person without kids, one of the most common things I hear new-ish parents say is that in retrospect they should have just started having kids younger
🚨🇺🇸 SCOTT JENNINGS: THIS IS REVENGE OF THE WORKING-CLASS AMERICAN
“He's won the national popular vote; this is a big deal.
I'm interpreting the results tonight as the revenge of the regular working-class American, the anonymous American who has been crushed, insulted, and condescended to.
They're not garbage; they're not Nazis.”

@6Hogg6 So, LeBron you expect at age 38 to deliver championships something you never expected of Jordan at age 38. That right there proves people know LeBron is better cause the expectations are higher.
@Gem_Mint_Cards_ The depth and talent isn’t there in Bundesliga and he could become exposed once he moves to a more talented league.
He’s good but I’m not ready to move him to the likes of Ronaldo, Messi, Pele or Maradona
@Gem_Mint_Cards_ The guy is an undeniable talent but in terms of trading cards, they trade like stocks. Their value is based on hype & perceived future value. He’s young and the output he’s had thus far, his value can only go down once his moves to La Liga, Premiership or Serie A.
@TwillTrousers @RutgersFigment @PatHobbsRU What’s also lost, Schiano built the program to a point to be competitive & play in @B1Gfootball . If you’re not considering Schiano, you need to get better or else you’re losing all confidence from the alums & boosters.
Who actually wants this job that’s worth considering ?
@TwillTrousers @RutgersFigment @PatHobbsRU GS followed the Howard Schenberger model. Was all about the details and prioritized in state talent. GS developed 1/3 of Rutgers NFL talent in his 11 seasons. The recruiting class was top 25 by the time he departed. Once again, he’s not the only guy but he set the bar.
@TwillTrousers @RutgersFigment @PatHobbsRU The fear is that whomever you hire, you’ll need to give 3-4 years to see their plan play out. It could be another 3-4 years lost. GS is a quick solution that many want. He may not get us to Rose Bowl but it’s better than being a perennial doormat.
@TwillTrousers @RutgersFigment @PatHobbsRU That’s also a fair point. Problem is that the state is rich with talent. HS coaches really need to believe in the coaching at RU to send their best, which they were doing under GS. Need someone that can captivate the university and state.
@TwillTrousers @RutgersFigment @PatHobbsRU Schiano did improve the program and brought excitement. In 150 years of history, he was responsible for the best seasons the program ever saw. So the 1-game above .500 stat line doesn’t tell the whole story.
@TwillTrousers @RutgersFigment @PatHobbsRU In that time, Schiano made them perennial contenders albeit in a weakened Big East. Recruited in state as well as PA and FL. Most importantly, produced NFL level talent without filling his roster with 4/5 star recruits.
@RUDad1983 @PatHobbsRU@GovMurphy@Tim_Pernetti@B1Gfootball@RutgersU@RutgersU doesnt see the Schiano era talent in the @NFL ? The ability to attract in-state kids? Ability to recruit in Florida? Someone who was willing to stay and build for 10+ seasons. If GS isn’t the guy, I can understand but who are you attracting that could do better or same
