Suicides and mental health issues are on the rise because parents plop kids in front of a phone or iPad at age 5. Then allow them to be on social media at 10. Parents can blame school districts all they want and I understand why- But this is the reality and it’s backed by data. The mental health epidemic among young people crosses sociocultural and economic lines. The common factor is the tech.
