🚨🚨🚨 Earnest thread alert! 🚨🚨🚨
I’ve been working on this for a few months and it’s finally done and out in the world. I’ve been thinking about belief, tradition, and faith basically my whole life; and I’ve been on a journey that will probably continue for years to come.
Going to a white church in a Black body. That's what our play-cousin J.C. Howard (@TheJCHoward) gets into on this week's episode. And J.C. digs into the spiritual journey of Dante Stewart (@stewartdantec), who started and ended in a very similar place.

@Cruftbox@thecandicelim Omg thank you for asking!
1. There is free @VoltaCharging at a few nearby grocery stores!
2. My workplace offers charging (but I don’t go in every day).
3. Supercharging from time to time is not a problem.
4. Working on getting access to a county charger nearby.
Also, for those who listened to the @pchh where I chat with @idislikestephen & @thecandicelim about the new @TheHungerGames movie, here’s the exact moment 3 years ago that I had that epiphany about BOSAS…

Finished reading Suzanne Collins’ new Hunger Games prequel recently and I CANNOT stop thinking about how good a TV show it’d make.
I’m already writing it in my head if anyone is interested. And it is dope!
If you told me 3 years ago that @thecandicelim and I would be on the same show, I would not have been surprised at all.
But if you told me she’d be talking about having the hots for a sexy war criminal, I’d have said, “I expect no less.”
Who knows if this will even be visible, but dusting off the ol Xitter to invite y’all to subscribe to my newsletter. Idk what i’s going to be exactly yet, but I know I want you there!

Two thhings for you all to do today:
1. Listen to Ronald and I talk about Oppenheimer!
2. Follow me on Threads, because this app is quickly going from my side chick to my X. 😒
Late to the conversation, but @stewartdantec ‘s chat w/ @TheJCHoward via @NPRCodeSwitch on Going to a white church in a Black body is good! I was/am navigating aspects of it myself & trying to make sense of it in light of current “bridging” endeavors. Tension on multiple levels.
🎧If you've been following The King Road Killings, check out the fifth and final episode of season 1. And if you haven't listened from the beginning, you've got a lot of catching up to do. lol. Binge the whole season now.
