Since April and still no resolve just full monthly bills for service that is WiFi able only 80% of the time. Shameful @Verizon Do better and stop blaming and take action

@VerizonSupport Tried to use support but get more and more excuses. Simply fix the network so we get the service pay for, we shouldn’t be in SOS mode daily.
How is it ok that the @Verizon service has been so terrible for over a month now and it’s considered acceptable. More than not I have SOS capabilities only, like now, unless on WiFi.
@Xfinity worst customer service. They messed up my move, can’t seem to fix the problem. 18 people, 9 hours later still no answer or working service but a bill. Unprofessional and unethical
