There has been some discourse online about the pricing. Some stating that she should’ve collaborated with a lower scale designer so the price could be cheaper

One thing to remember is that Mary and her main audience is GROWN! Her core audience is likely in their 40’s+

Her whole brand gives off “Rich Auntie” vibes🤷🏾‍♀️

This price point makes sense for her brand. If she did a collab for $50 boots with FashionNova.. yall would be even more confused!

Branding is not just a name or logo. It is also pricing, who you collab with, how you want to be perceived, etc.

Before you listen to people complaining about your prices, make sure they are your target audience FIRST! ☝🏾
