@faceyouhate I'm going to throw out an idea and maybe it connects with your predicament- texture. My mom knew how to make a PB&J on basic white bread feel like velvet. I have yet to duplicate this, and to be honest, I don't want to try at this point. Perfect balance of bread and ingredients.
