Men's mental health is a serious issue that needs our attention.
Did you know that 75% of all suicides are male, and over 6 million men suffer from depression every year?
Shockingly, 84 men die by suicide a week, and men are less likely to get help and more likely to be shamed for showing emotions.
It's time to break the stigma and start talking openly about mental health. If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, addictions, or any other mental health issue, remember that you matter. Speaking up can save lives and bring awareness to men's mental health worldwide.
Remember, you are not alone. Let's work together to support each other and prioritise our mental wellbeing.

Listening in a compassionate and non-judgemental way is one of the most helpful things you can do when someone is having suicidal thoughts.
Stay calm and try to keep them safe. You can also reach out to one of the helplines for further support: https://t.co/mvGVmsTIIG
Mental health struggles and suicidal thoughts don’t just disappear at Christmas. Telling someone to 'cheer up' can make them feel isolated and guilty for struggling.
Sometimes, just saying "I’m here for you" or "I want to help" can make a difference.❤️
People you can talk to when having suicidal thoughts:
1) Someone you can trust: It can be your friend, family member or neighbour.
2) Call your GP: Book an appointment with your GP for help.
3) Call 111 and select the mental health option.
