@USPSHelp Hi! Trying to submit a domestic claim for package marked as delivered but recipient says they haven't received it. Keep getting this error though: "There was a problem submitting your Service Request. Please try again later."

@USPSHelp why is the insurance claim process so arduous. My box comes in smashed with either tire treads or belts treads clearly on it and my claim is denied because “usps didn’t cause the damage”. Who else would have ran it over while you transported it?
