@ColinDynamo@STVSport I’m actually kinda ok with it. I’d prefer he didn’t, but he’s also a manager who clearly didn’t buy into the JTA thing, at least not completely. I already thought he wouldn’t be at the club at the end of next season, so yeah.
🚨 Starmer is about to ban under 16s from social media. And the establishment is already pushing to extend it to under 18s.
They want you to believe this is about protecting children. It is not. To enforce an age limit on social media every single user in Britain will be forced to upload their passport to a government approved database just to prove they are allowed to speak online.
They are not building a child safety net. They are building a national ID database through the back door and using your children as the excuse to do it.
First they arrested people for tweets. Then they monitored legal posts. Now they want your passport before you are allowed to have an opinion. RT if you see exactly what they are building. 🇬🇧
@ColinDynamo JTA is specialist and best in class at identifying players on the up before anyone else identifies them. I’m not saying we’ll replace him quickly, but we will have something in the pipeline.
@21nitesGerard@HeartsStandard_ If you can’t see the difference in context, then I can’t help you here.
Anyway, I’m gonna go enjoy my Friday night, have a good weekend and enjoy the cup final.
@FQuintiliani@HeartsStandard_ I mean, it’s not the only thing that’s cost us it, our poor record against the bottom 3 has played its role. I’d admit that, I’m not blinkered, but surely you can see that this 4 point swing from incorrect referring decisions has also played a huge role?
@21nitesGerard@HeartsStandard_ It also ignores the difference in context between the decisions, the ones made in the last week have far more import because there’s no time for any “evening out” to take place afterwards.
@21nitesGerard@HeartsStandard_ So do the non penalty you guys got v killie, the offside goal given v rangers, the multiple Red cards not given.
Saying we got decisions in our favour isn’t the silver bullet people think it is, Celtic got their fair share too, arguably more than.
@D1rtyd1ngus21@JohnHen05658077@HeartsStandard_ *september*
There’s a drastic difference in context between the decisions.
I’m not defending that, nor any decision that went our way this season, but you surely have to recognise the difference in context.
@Oxladesoup88@HeartsStandard_ The world… including the refereeing panel that just confirmed the four point swing to which I originally referred? I get your point, I really do, but there’s as massive difference in context between hearts getting admittedly dodgy decisions in September versus the last week
@Oxladesoup88@HeartsStandard_ Wrongfully went off according to whom? Appeal was dismissed.
Furthermore, the incident to which I refer occurred at 1-1, which if given, has a far greater impact than said red card.
@Oxladesoup88@HeartsStandard_ Ok. What about the penalty hearts don’t get against Celtic in the 2-2 draw? That single incident completely changes the title race. What about the penalty Celtic do get against Kilmarnock that simply wasn’t. If we’re digging up previous games, there’s plenty that went your way.
@ColinDynamo@JamboReido@_RestoreRangers I think that, along with having to play a few home games behind closed doors, would be a fair sanction. Unfortunately, the only way to communicate to those idiot fans who caused this in this situation is to punish the club directly. There’s no other sanction that works.
@ColinDynamo@JamboReido@_RestoreRangers For what it’s worth, I don’t think the sfa or spfl should overturn the result, but I do think that Celtic have to be punished for the incident.
If they don’t, they’re seeing an incredibly dangerous precedent that fans can choose to end the game on their terms.
@ColinDynamo@JamboReido@_RestoreRangers Hearts once scored 2 in 42 seconds against hibs a come from 4-2 down. I’m not saying I disagree, necessarily, but stranger things have happened.
It’s also fundamentally irrelevant to the point being made.
