@TLRailUK Standing at London Bridge staring at the departure boards waiting for the platform for the Bedford train to come up…it never did but the train came and went. No announcement and nobody knows why. As if your service could get any worse.

@TLRailUK As you can see from the screenshot it was meant to arrive at 14.21 and it did. The problem was that there was no platform listed on either the departure boards or National Rail so I missed it. Added 30 minutes to an already ridiculously long journey due to engineering works etc.

Morning @Se_Railway, can a ticket office manned by a human do anything a ticket machine can’t? Every time I need help with an issue the response is always the same, “You’ll have to write to customer services for that”.

Morning @RoyalMailHelp. Just had 15 parcels collected but the postman seems to have scanned them incorrectly so instead of starting their journey all tracking says delivered. Consequently no proof of posting emails. Help please.

So, @busuniversal @GoWhippet did the 08.24 from Cambridge Station towards Addenbrookes just not run? It was there on the indicator till exactly 08.24 then it disappeared. This happens throughout the day. Rubbish service.
