Starting this account off with the greatest take in sports history:

David Bailey vs Will Campbell twice a season

The NFL will be put on notice tonight, The Jets will finish 10-7!

I fully agree with what Glenn is saying here, let's give Fields a chance to bounce back from a poor performance against one of the best defenses in the NFL.

[Ari Meirov @MySportsUpdate]

#Jets HC Aaron Glenn contextualized his assessment of Justin Fields today, explaining that he liked what he saw in the first four games and that Sunday vs. Denver was a step back.

"I don't think you just bench a player after having one true bad game."

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

I am very anti-tank, I will always root for the Jets to win & have never once regretted a Jets win. The reality is that anything can happen in the NFL, so to be rooting for your favorite team to lose after just 6 games seems peculiar to me.

This is possible wins you regret come April zone

The New York Jets have officially broken Optimistic Jets, He has now become Pessimist Jets.

[Optimistic Jets @OptimisticJets]

Aaron Glenn needs to be fired. I’m not kidding. He just went for it on 4th & 8 when he could’ve kicked a 62 yard field goal for the win with a kicker who hasn’t missed a FG all season

This will end up being one of the greatest quotes of all time when the New York Jets make the playoffs this season

[SNY Jets @snyjets]

"There's a first time for everything, brother"

Justin Fields was asked what the feelings are knowing an 0-5 team has never made the playoffs:

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

IT'S NEW YORK JETS GAMEDAY!!

p.s. we are going into the Baltimore Ravens game with a 5-5 record 🤫

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

Genuinely one of the worst officiated games i've ever watched, Fields played his ass off, let's go get a win against Dallas

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

I saw a lot of strong opinions after the Jets week 2 loss to the Bills, I believe we should all give the new regime more than two games before we pass judgement. The best way to get the fans back on board is to win at Tampa Bay and carry that momentum into the Dolphins game!

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

Week 3:

- Tyrod Taylor can surprise a lot of people with his performance today & cement himself as one of the league's top backups

- Malachi Moore makes his starting debut, can he pick up from his strong preseason

- Jets defense NEEDS to step up, less than 30 points!

Four of them being former Jets is actually hilarious

[Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter]

Five teams — Bengals, Vikings, Commanders, Jets and 49ers — will start backup QBs. Now, there is even more importance on the backup to the backup, who now will serve as the No. 2 QBs today.

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

Week 2:

- High hopes Justin Fields & Tanner Engstrand can keep up the Offensive performance we saw last week, I believe Justin Fields can be the franchise guy we've been looking for

- Can the Defense step up & stop the bills high powered offense, I believe they can

[𝗝𝗲𝘁𝗝𝗮𝘆 @TheJetJay]

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲!

• Every Jets player has a clean slate, no need to hold grudges from the previous season
• I'm more optimistic than many regarding this Jets team, I could definitely see them making the Wild Card off the fantastic run game & good defense

@NYJ_Matt "14 would look good on you I think!" is one of the funniest quotes i've heard in a while
