@AmericanAir force checking my carry on bag for no valid reason. Ciara, gate agent CLT looked me up and down and for some unknown reason wanted to cause me an issue. It’s not ok to not follow protocol and do a job ineffective. She got the wrong girl!
@AmericanAir My bags are not oversized. My personal beg fits under the seat and my carry on fits overhead. I was wronged in this situation and will not drop this case until validated.
@AmericanAir I don’t understand why Ciara had it out for me this morning that it would cause her to not properly do her job and stick to the protocol of luggage requirements as I was completely wrong in this situation by having my rights as a passenger on this flight taken from me
@AmericanAir Once Ciara came on the plane I waited until she spoke to the pilots and explained she could inspect my bag now that it was stored under the seat and please give me my luggage. She was rude and then told me it was too late because my bag was already under the plane
@AmericanAir After putting my personal item under the seat, I nicely explained the situation to the flight attendants and asked for help to get my luggage back to put in the overhead. They tried to reach Ciara on Teams. She didn’t reply so I had to wait until she came on the plane.
@AmericanAir She looked me up and down and for some reason targeted me to hassle me. This is so wrong on so many levels. Not only is the flight taking off 1 hour late, now I need to waste time at baggage claim which is causing me to be two hours late for an event
@AmericanAir Ciara the gate agent told me my tote would not fit under the seat so she took my hard cased carry on to check forcing me to go to bags claim
@AmericanAir I understand luggage requirements as I travel multiple times a month on United EWR where I reside. Im@flying CLT-PIT today. My bags are not oversized.
