4. "Caught" on camera? I was giving a 3 hour speech/Q&A to a bunch of fans when I was in Israel, and one of the questions had to do with why the IDF looked so horrible to the world. My response was a bit tongue-in-cheek due to the recent stories about IDF soldiers wearing dresses. Do you seriously think I am wishing them to commit horrendous war crimes and then cover it by...not recording it on their phones?

Man, you want to talk about "that was an edgy joke" and "out of context" for Hasan, but claim you can verify that I am encouraging IDF soldiers to cover up war crimes (dressing up in people's clothes is not a war crime, btw, even if it's gross) because of a 30 second cut that went viral online?

Sure, maybe you've never made those jokes before, but do you seriously want to go bar-for-bar to see who's said more crazy stuff in the past? Didn't you claim that non-Muslims are "human beings who live their lives as animals," that us poor "Kaffar" have "an illness...a disease of the human mind" because we're not Muslims? What am I supposed to believe, when the man who said this years ago, today refuses to hold to account pals that he brings on his shows who openly preach how righteous and amazing terrorist groups are when they kill people in the West?

5. "Hear all sorts of things"...? I'm flattered so many members of the media talk about me behind the scenes, I guess? If you want to talk about "dodgy claims", my court filings are all public. I'm sure you and everyone else whose made claims about my case will be glad to walk them back once it's dismissed.

If you want to talk about "dodgy" behavior, though, how about your buddy Hasan, who claimed to share nudes from women with unverified ages that he solicited on his Twitch streams to all of his colleagues, repeatedly? To be clear, I am accusing you of being a mask-on Islamist because you are sweeping for someone who openly and outwardly sweeps for Islamist entities like Hamas (attached video 1 and 2) and openly praises and supports Hezbollah (attached video 3) and Ansar Allah (attached video 4). I don't know what this has to do with racism or Islamophobia.

Is it possible to ever criticize someone who's Muslim for supporting Islamist entities? Or are you weaponizing your identity the same way you accuse Jews of weaponizing Israel and Zionism? Hmm...

Not only was Finkelstein wrong on this point, this point was missed by so many laymen that the recently retired President of the ICJ, Joan Donoghue (who presided over the case) had to come out and make a public statement due to so many members of the media spreading misinformation about the case's strength at the initial proceedings. (attached video 1) I guess that Wikipedia education is paying off for me, if I was able to get ahead of most members of the media on that talking point!

I've also interviewed Yossi Belin (initiator and major architect of the Oslo Accords) and Shlomo Ben-Ami (Israeli diplomat who participated in the Camp David Summit). (attached pictures) This is among numerous others in the Israeli Knesset and the West Bank.

I'm sorry that I've mispronounced names, though, I guess that kind of deligitimizes every other opinion I have on the conflict..? Because I use Wikipedia? Shouldn't that make it even harder to combat the claims I've made, though?

What does it say for your side if I've been able to dismantle every single talking point you have while all you can do is accuse me of using "wikipedia"? Shouldn't Norm Finkelstein have known more about the ICJ case, maybe? Maybe they uploaded the entire thing to Wikipedia, I guess.

1. It beggars belief that you think it unfair for me to accuse you of being a "mask-on radical Islamist" when you are giving a free pass to a man who mask-off defends radical Islamists.

You have accused people of Islamophobia for far, far less than what people have accused Hasan of anti-Semitism.

Not every accusation of you supporting terrorism has to come from a place of bigotry, especially when you refuse to call out people who you are promoting on your own programs who openly support terrorist attacks against the West. You have remained silent on this claim, you refuse to engage with it. People see that, and it's fair for them to draw assumptions about you when you allow these types of narratives to pass by you without criticism or mention.

2. It's funny that you claim I had my ass "handed to me" by Norman Finkelstein, then back that up by linking to a video of him...calling me silly names. You realize he later admitted to Briahna Joy Gray (attached video 2) and Marc Lamont Hill (attached video 3) that he had no intention of ever approaching that debate in good faith, yes? His whole idea was to just go in and act like a baffoon the entire time because he thought it would be funny.

It speaks highly to your intellectual honesty that you consider it to be an impressive performance when he himself admits to acting like a clown; I suppose it's emblematic of how much of a joke you are when it comes to taking the Israel/Palestine conflict seriously, though.

Funnily enough, there's actually only a few major factual disagreements we had, since Finkelstein spent the majority of the time screaming at me and calling me names. One of them had to do with the "plausibility standard" that the ICJ uses to initially hear a case brought before the court. (attached video 4)

I've been permanently banned from @Twitch for about 3 years because I said a particular group of militant trans-activists online were "inbred" and that they don't represent the average trans person.

The CEO, @djclancy999, is personal friends with @hasanthehun though, and the two of them are pretty motivated to keep me banned from the site.

The last time I applied for an unban, the Trust and Safety actually granted it and unbanned my account, but Hasan saw I was unbanned, started nervously texting/messaging Clancy, and then Clancy manually rebanned me from the website lol.

Authoritarian types can only exist in echo chambers because they cannot stand to be critically confronted, ever. It's why @hasanthehun avoids any challenging interviews, and why the types like @mehdirhasan will avoid answering actually critical questions from people with the knowledge to question them.

Unfortunately, he's built a sizeable part of his career in the last few years by giving infinite, unconditional cover to people who are supportive of these terrorist groups, and now he cannot meaningfully engage with criticism in this direction.

It's sad, because if you know anything about Mehdi, he is one of the most brutal and effective interviewers when confronting people on the right. Yet he gives a totally free pass to extremists he views as...more ideologically inline with him? Or more on his side, politically? Or...what?

Tell me, what are we supposed to make of it when you give a free pass to a person who openly worships and cheers on terrorist attacks? Why can't you answer this question?

Why can't you address your lack of criticism for:

Hasan openly cheering on a civilian vessel hijacking? Those hostages were held for over 400 days, and they had nothing to do with Israel. He interviewed someone he believed to be a Houthi and laughed about it the entire time.

Hasan openly cheering on the sabotage of RAF planes in the UK? Those planes were headed for Ukraine. You thought it was improper for the UK to suspend his ETA Visa waiver when Hasan had literally cheered for a UK-designated terrorist group attacking their own air force bases.

Hasan giving blanket support to the Houthis to attack civilians? They were attacking any civilian ship they could, it had nothing to do with "stopping the genocide".

Hasan saying he doesn't have a problem with Hezbollah and supports them in their fight against Israel? He says they're a legitimate part of Lebanon?

Or are you going to retreat to your usual defence of Hasan and say these are "out of context" or "edgy jokes" again, since you are utterly incapable of explaining away any of this without saying you are providing cover for terrorist organizations?

Does Russia have a right to own Crimea because most of the people there were ethnically Russian like Hasan says?

Was the murder of two Jews in the US a false flag from the Mossad like Hasan says?

Since you’ve never pushed him on any of these positions nor addressed any of them in any meaningful way, I’d say it’s fair to assume every right wing attack on you is most likely correct. You’re just another mask-on, radical Islamist who’s been concealing his radical beliefs in an attempt to infiltrate western media by appearing more palatable to the liberal masses.

The insufferable Hasan Piker, who has campaigned with NYC mayor Mamdani, Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El‑Sayed, and several other Democratic candidates, claims that Jewish Americans who feel any affinity for Israel or support the Jewish state somehow invite violence onto themselves. He presents this as normal and even sensible. Many immediately condemned the remark as incitement and as an ignorant portrayal of Jews as responsible for the violence directed at them at a time when hate crimes are at historic highs. Others rushed to defend him, insisting he was not antisemitic and was merely criticizing “the Zionists,” even though the framing clearly targeted Jewish Americans as an entire group.

What stands out is the double standard applied only to Jews. Do Palestinian Americans or Muslim Americans who support Hamas, a Jihadist and fascist organization, invite violence upon themselves? Do Muslims who advocate for Sharia Law, including interpretations used to justify beheadings, mass rape, and other crimes against humanity, invite violence upon themselves? Do Chinese Americans who do not speak out against Beijing’s treatment of Uyghurs or Tibetans invite violence upon themselves? Do leftists or Iranians who support the Islamic Republic, the Cuban regime, or Maduro’s Venezuela invite violence upon themselves? Do Lebanese Americans in Dearborn, Michigan, who support Hezbollah invite violence upon themselves? Do Yemeni Americans who support the Houthis and their brutal, regressive ideology invite violence upon themselves?

The list can continue, yet one truth is unmistakable. There is a fixation on treating diaspora and American Jews as uniquely deserving of violence or hate crimes because of their perceived or actual views on a foreign policy issue. No other community is subjected to this logic. Never allow anyone to convince you that this has anything to do with the Palestinian people, their cause, or genuine pro‑Palestine advocacy.
