@cot5r @SMB_Attorney Regardless, if it’s 15k or 30k, you are taking on upwards of 400k in debt aka risk (agreed some better than others) to save a few thousand on your income tax. Saving 2 grand isn’t changing your life. Earn more. There’s two sides to the equation one outweighs the other.

@cot5r @SMB_Attorney I don’t think there is a ton of risk in owning a primary home. I’m talking about the group that says go leverage yourself up to your eye balls with multiple homes.. bc the tax deduction. Any debt you assume is risk.
