@lufthansa I called them this morning and was told the case is closed. What you could do to help is put me directly in contact with the delivery driver who delivered my suitcase, so I can get some idea of where they actually brought it.

@lufthansa your handling of lost baggage is atrocious. You gave it to a 3rd party service who delivered it to the wrong address then didn't contact me to confirm, despite my request to do so. Will I ever see my irreplaceable stuff again? Seems unlikely. Awful service. Awful.

@lufthansa The website says i was supposed to receive a delivery invoice and that someone was supposed to sign for it. I have no invoice and I certainly didn't sign for it. https://t.co/artvBzePKx has a mile of bad reviews and you think they're the best company to represent you here? Awful.

Does this look like an apartment building? They certainly didn't check for my apt number. I'll have to visit every hotel in NYC and hope my luggage is still there!

@lufthansa It's not delayed anymore; it *was* delayed, then given to some random company whom you apparently can't contact, now it's lost. I can contact Lufthansa all i want (when they don't hang up on me), they have no answers for me.

Why outsource this? Do it yourself to ensure service!
