Another absolute fave Gin from Spain. Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin. Try it in a Grapefruit Gimlet. 2oz Gin, 2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, 3/4 oz rosemary simple syrup. Shake, serve. Yummy. Very unique taste!!

Newest Gin addition from Magog, QC. Cherry River Berries and Basil Gin. Muddle blueberries and basil, add to shaker with 2 Oz Gin and foamer or egg white. Shake, pour, top with soda water.
