@HiltonHotels it’s extremely frustrating trying stay at your hotels while handicapped. This is the second hotel in as many days that have pictures that don’t represent the bath/shower situation correctly or at all. Please fix it.

Dear @ultabeauty why does your warehouses insist on only including 1 piece of bubble wrap in our packages? I received an order with 6 palettes. To no one’s surprise, something arrived broken....just like my last order. Could you get it together?
