How can you get a Building Permit with a 50 gallons a day water right in one town, but need 400 gallons a day in another town?

Same house. Same State Building and Plumbing code.

What is going on? It's the usual bureaucrats gaming regulations for cash and power. Jack up water required for a house jacks up the sewer fees. Double jacked.

The water required to get a Building Permit can be 50 gallons a day, 95 gallons a day, 140 gallons a day, a 195 gallons a day, and 400 gallons day all using the same state Building Code and Plumbing Code for the same house.

Why is there no State standard for the amount of water required to get a Building Permit?

Why is Utah set at 400 gallons a day and California is trending to 100 gallons a day for the indoor water requirement?

Why does it matter? It's a $15 billion water red tape hit to Utah families going forward. For nothing.

Why do we need 284 seperate Building Permit issuing agencies for one State Building Code?

Home prices will not go down until we put Utah's water cartel, water buffaloes, or water club in check, and break the city/county Building Permit monopoly.

At that time, just the word "communism" was feared throughout our nation.

Remember this. Socialism leads to Communism How do you create a Socialist State?

There are eight levels of control…

1) Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people

2) Poverty - Increase the poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them.

3) Debt - Increase the debt to an unsustainable level.

That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control - Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government . That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare - Take control of every aspect (food, housing, income) of their lives because that will make them fully dependent on the government.

6) Education - Take control of what people read, listen to and take control of what children learn in school.

7) Religion - Remove the belief in God from the government and schools because the people need to believe in ONLY the government knowing what is best for the people.

8)Class Warfare - Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. Eliminate the middle class. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to tax the rich with the support of the poor.

Here is our scary future: Six of those levels are already being pushed - ARE YOU AWAKE?

All of these levels are being worked on including erasing history, and destroying monuments now.

Another thing that happens when tyrants take over, they remove the police and put their own henchmen in their place.

I exposed Salt Lake County Sheriff Rosie Rivera censoring criminal data just days after I began doing daily reports on foreign crime in Salt Lake County. Now there is near-zero transparency into who is arrested, released, or incarcerated in Salt Lake County Jail.

Nothing has happened since I exposed this. The data is still gone. Sheriff Rivera is still in charge and running for reelection.
