@StreamRiftCom This is what happens when State Agencies have control over their own technology spending and decision-making. It's been a reoccurring problem. Giving the State CIO governance over all tech purchasing and strategy will save millions. Time to stop wasteful government spending!

@StreamRiftCom Yea. The Gov's Team goofed and put SD18 at risk of flipping. They ignored the 2011 firefighter scandal where firefighters were abusing sick time to inflate their overtime, during which Steinbeck's base pay was $71K, yet he brought home over $217k!
