After a long time of construction, the new Rancho’s is completed and open at Main and Linwood.

Facade work continues on the northern half of the building. Overall, this has turned out to be a very solid project.

Remember that this replaced a vacant hospital and was born out of a request for proposal (RFP).

One crane came down at Arrive KC recently and the sidewalks are open again on the north side of 31st Street and on a portion of Wyandotte.

New street trees on Southwest. If they can grow and thrive, they’ll eventually throw some good shade onto the sidewalks.
