It's KEEP POUNDING Day. Today we remember the legacy of Hall of Famer Sam Mills. His journey serves as an inspiration for so many, but his legendary Keep Pounding speech not only fueled the Panthers run to our first Super Bowl, but it became a mantra that will live on forever.

Today we celebrate Sam and his message by giving back to our communities and today I will be teaming with Chris Draft in Charlotte for a White Ribbon painting event outside of Bank of America Stadium off of mint Street near Sam Mills' statue.

Stop by today after 1PM and help us paint our ribbons that will later be presented to our lung cancer community to show support, to spread awareness, and to bring change where it is needed most.

These particular ribbons will make their way all across the country to each NFL city and be delivered to survivors, patience, care givers, advocates, and medical professionals as a part of The White Ribbon Project
