Due to the recent turn of events and in order to follow the cannon verse. Inverse Zodiac was actually reverted back into Mukuro Hoshimiya earlier in her fight.

Why would they do something when they are a programmed calamity? The original Maou Leviathan perhaps would have already been up in arms to battle Belphegor and insult them as their pride blooms like a tree.

No, the beast isn’t insulted by being called a duck or any other ridiculed name. They are only 0.01% irritated Belphegor will never see the bigger picture beyond the horizon.
