@SW_Help That’s very specific and just refers to refunds for tickets. I want a refund for a taxi fare that I wouldn’t have had to get had your service not been cancelled. Which form do I fill out for this?

@dominos ordered two pizzas at 13:45. Phoned store to get an update at 14:30 and your staff told me it would be another 30 minutes. Status is still ‘prep’ online too. Very disappointing service.

@SkyUK FYI - SkyGo is the worst streaming service I’ve encountered. Ironically, I have Sky broadband as well, but strangely, I’m able to get @btsport streaming real time in UHD (as well as @netflix & @PrimeVideo)
