@WhislerNikole Thanks for the response. In your case did Coinbase confirm you sent to another exchange like Bitrue? If so I thought the issue would be the exchange you sent the XLM. Coinbase sent confirmation of transaction

I sent #XLM from #Coinbase to my #Bitrue account without adding memo.I submitted a Locate lost deposit request last week to Bitrue and have not heard back.Does anyone know how long it takes to get a response or a better process to get communication from #Bitrue
