@Ellie_Irving I'm pretty sure this has never happened to me, but it doesn't surprise me actually. I do recall a few 'confusions' with school visit bookings over the years. My guess is that your teacher either forgot or didn't clear it with the team. Either way, maybe she was too embarrassed...
