@Senate_KE@DrBKhalwale Please employ your faculties better. Your cafeteria approach serves to expose your bias as a house. The judge reminded you of your duty to keenly judge and not pass anything from parliament or executive
@ahmednasirlaw Tell me how you fault the process and uphold the outcome? How do you establish the absence of a constitutional framework and uphold the outcome? How do you award damages and uphold the judgement?
While I am not a lawyer, I felt that there was extreme similarity in weight and public interest to this case to the presidential nullification. The means is as important as the outcome. The fact that the court also advised for a separate constitutional framework for the removal of the deputy president, it holds therefore that there was no constitutional anchor that holds their reasoning.
I will be keen to see what happens.
I suspect a serious outcome in the appeal of this case. That the entire rulling will be set aside and new judgment made to clean the court and uphold the with of the state.
@KenyanSays The forest celebrated the axe as one of them because of its wooden handle. @KWSKenya sometimes do the right thing not for the government but for your children.
@Kabogo_Henry@ntsa_kenya must not just respond to political convenient policies. Efficiency and Effectiveness go together.
Rushing to punish before you provide adequate supportive infrastructure is very poor.
@ahmednasirlaw Suddenly you have become his spokes person and want us to believe what he meant is what you got? That is very poor from you but certainly politically correct.
@FaithOdhiambo8 We need such courage and sound of reason. It is high time we seperate poltical leadership from perpetual government operations. Politicians would do anything for the optics to keep themselves relevant rather than focus on the greater public good
Fanya Mambo is NOT DONE with Kimani Ichungwa. In his BLISTERING response to the MAJORITY LEADER , he SCHOOLS him using his own words obtained from the Hansard which contains the official report of parliament - he came with RECEIPTS.
"In the Hansard of 11th October 2023, Kenyans tafuteni hii hansard msiseme mimi ni mwongo, on page number 8, it tells us that Sylvanus Osoro was trying to move the National Trading Act. Now go to page 9 where Kimani Ichungwa stands on the floor and mention the bill verbatim."
@Railajunior Buy another customized plate Baba Rails and maintain it not as a monument but actually a Ceremonial Utility for the @RailaOdinga Foundation
@drukeAndrew As a parent, anything that would guarantee the safety of my child, I will support. Anything else is not mission critical. Imagine without those CCTV cameras we would have never known the truth.
Mind you, the teachers know their student and the potential risk and hazards.
